Monopoly Man in Mykonos

The boutique gallery in the beach town of Nammos Village brings Eden Gallery’s colorful collection all the way to Mykonos. During Monopoly’s Mykonos appearance in 2020, he shocked guests by arriving on his own spray-painted helicopter. Although it seemed as if that couldn't be topped, Monopoly had to push the limits and show his audience something they have never seen before. Last year, he successfully executed live-tagging a floating sculpture on the sea of Nammos Beach to kick off the first of his summer parties.  

This summer, the event will introduce Alec’s original collection along with the artist’s newest artworks and an extravagant entrance.

The famed street artist began his artistic career by making graffiti around New York City. The artist has worked in other urban environments such as Miami, Los Angeles, Europe, Mexico and Asia, while using various materials such as sprays, stencils and even newspapers to depict iconic pop culture characters.

Alec Monopoly’s vibrant and fearless signature artworks ,characterize a paradoxical message about luxury and excess. Through symbols from the board game Monopoly, the artist uses his work to create a conversation about consumerism and capitalism in modern society to stir up a reaction in the viewer and sparking individual thought and opinions.
